Welcome to the official website of racing driver Josh Webster...

Here you'll find all the latest news about the 17 year old Suffolk based Formula Renault driver who has had a stunning first two years in car racing.

Following a glittering karting career, Josh graduated to single-seater competition in 2010 with Fortec Motorsport and made a huge impact - finishing fourth overall and top rookie in the Protyre Formula Renault BARC Championship, before going on to win the 2010 Formula Renault BARC Winter Championship.

In 2011 with nine podiums from ten race finishes, an incredible record, Josh ended the series as Vice Champion due to suffering two non-finishes. Josh fought hard to the end despite his points disadvantage, taking the championship fight down to the wire in the final race of the season at Silverstone.

Josh stepped up to Formula Renault 2.0 UK for the six-round Finals Series in November 2011 driving for Mark Burdett Motorsport. With just a few days' experience in the new car he secured a fantastic 3rd place overall in the championship, in the series' most competitive year ever, with 29 cars on the grid including drivers from top European Teams and seasoned Formula Renault 2.0 UK drivers.

Next season Josh will compete in the Certina Formula Renault 2.0 UK Championship for a full season campaign. Established as the country's leading single-seater championship, launching the Formula 1 racing careers of Lewis Hamilton, Kimi Räikkönen and Heikki Kovalainen, the championship enjoys a high level of exposure due to its place on the support package of the British Touring Car Championship, with television coverage on the ITV Sport network.

Josh races in support of East Anglia's Children's Hospices. Please click on the link to find out more about this wonderful charity.
